At Shoe Fli, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of damage
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- In its original condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories, when applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Custom or personalized items
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Items returned after the 30-day return window

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shoe Fli is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
For size exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the size or item you need is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit once the original item is returned and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return requirements.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or marked undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Approval
Shoe Fli reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet our policy requirements.
